Crown and Bridge

  • Full-contour and layered restorations in monolithic zirconia, ultra-translucent zirconia, PFZ, e.max pressed and CAD, and PFM (non-precious Ni-free and precious). CAD/CAM milled in house via our PM7 5-axis unit with 3Shape design.

Acrylic Dentures

  • Full and partial acrylic dentures processed in-house using conventional and injection-moulded techniques. Ivoclar and Vita tooth selection. Try-in stage included. Chrome-reinforced and strengthened options available. Full upper and lower: $720 lab fee.

    Turnaround: 7 days in-lab days (try-in: 5 days)

Chrome Cobalt Partial Frameworks

  • Bilateral and unilateral frameworks cast in-house. Design consultation available on complex cases. Laser welding and cast additions supported. Rest seat and clasp design to clinician specification.

    Turnaround: 11 in-lab days

Valplast Flexible Partials

  • A metal-free alternative for partial dentures, Valplast flexible dentures adapt comfortably to the natural contours of the mouth. Their lightweight, flexible design offers a snug fit, enhanced aesthetics, and improved patient comfort.

Orthodontic Appliances

  • We fabricate a range of custom orthodontic appliances, including retainers, space maintainers, and expanders, to support proper tooth alignment and bite development. Designed for comfort and effectiveness, they help achieve optimal treatment results.

Occlusal Splints

  • Hard (hard-impact), soft, soft/hard combination, and Keystone flexible splints. Acrylic build-up options available. Fabricated to 2mm or 4mm thickness on request. CAD/CAM design and milled options available for hard splints.

Sports Mouthguards

  • Designed for athletes of all ages, our sports mouth guards offer superior impact protection, a secure fit, and optimal comfort. Custom-fitted to each patient, they reduce the risk of dental injuries during contact sports.

Sleep Appliances

  • MDSA, Silensor-DL, and Dorsal appliances. Custom-made using CAD/CAM design and precision 3D printing.Mandibular advancement devices for mild-to-moderate OSA. Titration-ready with adjustment key supplied. $650 per appliance.

Turnaround Times

Time begins when your case arrives in the lab. Transit time is not included. Based on a 5-day Monday-Friday work week.

Express turnaround is available on selected products upon request, subject to availability, and may incur a 20% surcharge.

Flat rate Sydney Metro delivery: $18 + GST. All work is Australian-made, in-house. We handle return delivery to your practice.
